At 31 years old I began noticing a significant amount of hair coming out in the shower and my hair began thinning significantly. I met with Dr. Epstein for a consultation and laser treatment was recommended, but my schedule did not allow for me to come into the office multiple times a week, let alone once a week. Given my schedule, Dr. Epstein's office recommended iGrow, an at-home laser treatment. I began using it 3 times a week in the comfort of my home. I just put the iGrow on and watched tv- or wore it during another activity that I would otherwise be doing while sitting. After three months, I began to notice that my hair wasn't so thin anymore and that it was actually filling out. I am grateful for iGrow as my schedule would not allow me to receive treatments in my Dr's office and I would not have been able to see these results that I so desperately wanted. Thank you.

I hope this email finds all of you well and in good health, which is the most important thing. I write you to let you know that my eyebrows are wonderful. In spite that it has been 2 weeks since my procedure, the hairs haven't fallen, as i was told. Hurray !! I had crust for several days on my eyebrows and some bruising around the eye area and i am still having some flaking , but this is nothing compared to the happiness that i feel when i see my new brows. I am sure, that if they were to fall out completely, when they grow out they will be just beautiful.

I want to thank dr. Epstein and his staff for all of the graciousness i received. Thanks a million and i will be sending in pictures in 6 months.

I trust that everything is fine with you. As you know, in January of this year, Dr. Epstein transplanted 2200 grafts. He did a beautiful job and I am very pleased with the results. Would I be a candidate for additional grafts?
I will be in New York City in either January or February 2013, and I could meet with Dr. Epstein at his NYC office. At that time, he could take a look at my situation, and depending on that outcome, I would make an appointment to have the procedure performed in Miami as I will be vacationing in Florida during the last week in February.

I wanted to let you all know how pleased I am with the results. I am really glad I went forward with the procedure. The elegance of the technique and the artistry behind it were nothing short of remarkable. As both a physician with a very meticulous approach myself and as someone who appreciates aesthetic excellence, my expectations were exceeded. I can't thank the team enough for everything that went into this. Attached are just a couple of pictures we snapped out of excitement (both without any alteration and after playing around with some beard trimmers). There are also a couple BEFORE photos for your reference as well. Everywhere I go family, friends, and even strangers have commented; I feel already much more confident and armed with the authority I was seeking. I didn't even realize how GAME CHANGING this was going to be until now.

Not that that superficial truly matters, but after marrying into Bollywood royalty, I must confess how humbling it has been -- but I kind of feel confident enough now to stand next to any A lister! As for my career plans advocating for in Washington, I definitely believe this will help to make my voice a little louder. Thanks again and I hope to take some more photos at some point with my wife's professional help. Any opportunity for referral will garner my strongest endorsement—I actually can't wait until it grows back in again so I can endorse this everywhere from the bar stool to Bollywood, encouraging anyone in the brotherhood of guys out there who just need that little bit of 'help' to go for it.

Though not a part of my intended plans, I would actually like to discuss potential of a 2nd procedure at some point. As much as I love the results I believe a second round may really optimize the results. I am not sure how long we would have to wait? Please advise.

Sorry, I had an early flight out. Just landed. Everything is great. I really couldn't be happier with everything. I can't wait to see the results from yesterday's surgery, as the results from the last one were amazing. I also do notice a significant difference in the incisions, both in donor and recipient area with the prp, even after such a short time. As usual, both you and your staff were courteous and great. Thank you for everything.
