Before and after surgical hairline advancement/forehead reduction surgery
28 year old female of African ethnicity, 4 months after hairline lowering surgery. She had good but not excellent laxity, sufficient for advancing the hairline by 2.5cms. The incision was designed in a trichophytic fashion to have the hairs grow through the fine line hairline incision scar.
