Hi, Dr. Epstein (and Roxy) :)
Hope all is well with you and your staff during all this virus craziness.
Thought you might like to see a 4-month post-op photo of my crown progress from your handiwork. Before on the left, today on the right.
The "magic" seems to be starting to happen and getting some good growth. The next 30-60 days should really be fun. :)
Thanks again for the awesome service.
Best Regards,
I am very happy with the results – you did a fantastic job with the hair transplant on my scar!
Hi Dr Epstein, Thanks so much for meeting with me today for my follow-up. I am very happy with the results - you did a fantastic job with the hair transplant on my scar! During my medical school rotations, I showed my before and after pictures to a few doctors and they were very impressed with what you’ve done. Thanks again for your help! Best,

I appreciate the followup. I’m still feeling pretty good
Hi Doc
Thanks for the note... I appreciate the followup. I'm still feeling pretty good - taking meds and using graft spray. My wife loves the bandana. lol.
I have already posted on my expereince. I did this the morning after procedure in the hotel which should say a lot re: recovery.
I will surely keep you posted... My special thanks to Karalia and Susie. While all the girls were professional and personable, Karalia and Susie played the most visible roles realtive to my experience and they will not be forgotten any time soon. Awesome people!
Best,
I had noticed a spot on my scalp that had been there for a few years
Just before Thanksgiving of 2004, I received a call from my dermatologist's office to come in right away. I had noticed a spot on my scalp that had been there for a few years that I felt looked different. I wouldn't have even noticed it if I hadn't had a change in medication which caused the hair on top of my head to start falling out. I could now see the spot clearly.

No surprises, so far
No surprises, so far. I'm following the post-op instructions pretty much to the letter, except the parts dealing with the headband, of course. Observations:
Thursday (day of surgery) - Walked to mall from hotel, ate dinner (pasta place across from Cheesecake Factory), walked around for a few minutes, then took hotel shuttle back. Tired, but very little pain or seepage. Used ice off and on for a couple of hours...

I am very impressed with the way hair has been laid out
I have been taking many photos of my progress (which i will share), and i am very impressed with the way hair has been laid out to make them look natural. of course i will have to wait for them to heal completely to give you a sticker star...lol... but i wanted to share my initial feelings now. Thank you again.

It was a year ago this week that I came to your office for my transplants
Paul's Story
It was a year ago this week that I came to your office for my transplants (Mar 20, 1996). Today I went to see your friends and colleagues in Minneapolis, the brothers Shapiro, who took some follow-up pics of my chest and beard. (More)
I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am
"Dear Dr. Epstein, I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am with the work you did on my transplants. The refining techniques you employ are so exceptional that no one ever realizes I have had the procedures done. Despite the fct I told my previous doctors that what I wanted is a hairline that is so natural that I can comb my hair back, you were the only one able to create this for me."

I thought you might like to see a few images of the Nelson family
Neil's Story
"I thought you might like to see a few images of the Nelson family - part social, part "medical", showing my hairline at 12 days post op. In actual fact, there is little difference at 12 days to how my hairline looked at 9 days, ie no visible after-effects other than retained new hair." (More)
I will have to make a new passport
Max has some unexpected side effects from his procedure
"The only problem is that, probably, I will have to make a new passport!! When I entered US, the immigration officer checked 5 times my passport while looking at my face. He told me that I had much more hair than in the photo..." (More)
