Dr. Epstein,

I just wanted to say thank you for working on Lily. All the ladies were so kind and took such good care of her! It was an emotional day for us! We are back home in Arkansas and she is doing great.

I had been wondering what the lure of Turkey was..and I suspected that price was more important than the quality..I am a Dr. Epstein patient; I agree – nothing beats expertise!

Please make sure you thank the entire staff for me. As I mentioned earlier, your communication was absolutely top notch and says a lot about your demeanor and practice. The staff had a good vibe, and seemed to work well together and your facility was spotless. Your staff did amazing with pain control, assisting with patient comfort, and keeping me informed of the progress throughout the day. Obviously, results vary, but I am extremely pleased with you dedication and service. Thank you for taking me on as a client.

I learned my lesson doc - going overseas for a cheap transplant. There are no words to express my appreciation for you fixing me up.
