Hi Dr. Jeff,
All is well... No swelling in the front , minor swelling along.
Donor line. On the first procedure the donor area had some spotting for the first few weeks, this time there was spotting on the first night and then none so far. Other than the donor area I feel as though I did not even have anything done; Awesome Job!!!
I really do appreciate all that you have done , not just the procedure but all the extras that you and your staff do to make my Wife and I feel special.

I just had to email you Dr. Epstein... I just looked in the mirror at 9.45 at nite and... behold! - hair!!!... all these tiny hairs that will be my new hairline... awesome!!.. I realize that they will fall out but it gives me a good idea of what to expect...fantastic job to you and your staff Dr.... my friend and I will be coming down late this spring for him to see you!!.. sorry for all the bothersome questions but you did a great job!...

I have made it home safely to California with little pain and not much discomfort after my procedure last Thursday. I am still trying to take it in that I actually flew out to Florida and had this procedure and am already back at home! It happened so quickly and easily. I am looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months.
I will keep you posted as to my progress. Dr. Kabaker has said he would like to see my results and I will be most happy to meet with him to show him what I am sure will be a great success!
I want to thank you again for your caring professionalism and expert skill. I felt very safe in your hands. The rest of your staff is terrific too!

I just wanted to take the time while the experience is still fresh in my mind to thank you both and your wonderful staff for your unparalleled quality of service. It was truly refreshing to encounter an operation wherein the personnel really seem to enjoy what they do, and this speaks volumes about how you run your clinic and treat your employees. Across the board I would recommend the clinic to anyone interested in similar work.
Additionally, repair patients like me can be difficult to deal with, as we often become apprehensive about going under the knife again; we feel our trust has been betrayed by the hard-selling techniques of inferior clinics, and the last thing we want to do is risk more damage to our scalp. Dr. Epstein, your personality during the consult and during surgery really helped to put me at ease, exuding a rare combination of both confidence in your ability and compassion for your work and for others that seems to filter down to everyone working there. In fact, every single person I encountered in your office seemed genuinely glad to be there working for you. Throughout the process, your entire clinic was nothing but professional and courteous, and yet I never got the feeling that the atmosphere was too cold or clinical...all in all you and Roxy seem to maintain that delicate balance perfectly.
And the surgery Compared to others I've had it was a total breeze, and the healing for me has been the easiest so far. It was a treat (if having surgery done to your head can ever be a treat!) to see such a finely tuned operation at work. And I cannot say enough about your techs..they really have a way of putting people at ease and their caring attitude shines through every aspect of their work. And on a Friday afternoon, at the end of the day, and at the end of a long work week, I still felt like I was the most important person there...and everyone there still had their head up and a smile on their face!
To say I'm impressed is a HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!

I just want to let you know I had a great experience with you and your staff this past Wednesday during my surgery. You and your whole staff were very friendly and comforting to me. I must admit I was a little nervous when I got to the office for my surgery, but after talking with you about what exactly you were going to do made me feel much more comfortable and really at ease. The first 2 days following my surgery I have had zero swelling and no bleeding what so ever. I cant beleive it. With all the surgeries I have had in the past this has never happened to me before. I am looking forward to see the final result.

I just wanted to say that you have a great staff. I've encountered too many people throughout this long journey that really don't belong in the medical field. But everyone was very nice, answered all my questions, and treated me with utmost respect - including you!
Jen even waited with me downstairs for the cab that seemed would never arrive. Please let her know that I did make my flight, with literally 3 minutes to spare.
