Please let Dr. E. know that in my opinion the staff in the Miami office is fantastic. Each and every person in your office has been extremely friendly and professional and has gone out of their way to make this experience as comfortable as possible. From a customer service perspective I don't recall ever having been treated so well.

The outcome I have is nothing short of perfect. I am very happy with the results indeed; of course, there is the "weird time" when the hair starts to re-grow at the hairline, but hey. The funny thing I experienced is, that while I was very aware and conscious about the different phases of recovery to regrowth, thinking people would also be very aware, I communicated very openly about the experience, and was surprised that most people I spoke to had not noticed on their own, and were very impressed, too!

So, all in all, crazy expensive thing to do, but worth every buck ;-)

I am doing fine. So far for only being 2 weeks healed, I think it looks great! I won't really be able to tell the true results until all my scabs fall off, some of the redness fades and I am able to shave my head. But from what I can see, a lot of the big, un-natural plugs are gone. The early indications of what I look like now to what I looked like before I came in for the procedure is night and day. As I sit here and respond to you I can say I am very happy and pleased I came to see Dr. Epstein! As my head heals and things start to look normal I will send pics of my progress. Thanks again to Dr. Epstein, you and the rest of his staff. I look forward to hearing back from you and seeing you guys on Nov 2, 2012 when I come back into NYC for my 4 month follow up. I am doing well and pretty much have completely healed. Some hairs fell out once I was able to start washing my eyebrows.
Overall I am pleased with how it all went and was very pleased with the friendliness and caring nature of the staff at the surgery.

I'm doing well. I haven't exactly been feeling up to mountain climbing, wild parties or crazy, monkey sex for the past week…but it hasn't been too bad and just a bit of discomfort. No Percocet and I used the Tylenol 3 for only a few days! I didn't schedule any travel until the end of the month so I can have time to fully recover. I'm back to the gym and working out which makes me feel better. I'm excited (and impatient) to see how it comes together. My hair is so very fine/thin to begin with that I'm trying to set realistic expectations. Based on what I see now, I think it will be the best that could be done to optimize scarce hair. I am very happy with Dr. Epstein and everyone in your office has been great. I hope the hormone therapy I am on is going to help facilitate healthier hair growth/prevent additional loss. I'm also continuing the supplements and laser treatments.

I'm doing well. Scabs from grafts appear to be almost gone. Some larger ones remain.

In terms of the procedure, the entire office was nothing but wonderful and kind the entire time I was there. It was truly as pleasant of an experience as I could have expected and will definitely recommend Dr. Epstein to my friends and family. I also have to thank you for your help over the past year. You've been very helpful in responding to my questions and working through the scheduling process.

I have been talking with John, another great member of the Epstein team, and plan on purchasing the laser hat in the future.
