To whom it concern,

My name is Mark S and I am a former patient of Dr. Epsteins'. I would like to see Dr. Epstein next week, if possible, here in New York. I am interested to see if I can have a scar reduced. The scar itself was worked on by Dr. Epstein a few years ago, using a balloon expansion method. To say Dr. Epstein infused new life into me would be an understatement.

I am forever in his debt, not only for his expertise but, at least as far as I am concerned, his general concern and caring manner.

I will wait for your response and more importantly look foward to saying thank you once again to Dr. Epstein in person next week.

However I would like to get my next surgery scheduled, so please let me know about the dates that you have open in February, march or April so that I could decide a day and schedule my flight in advance and save some money on the ticket.

You know that now I live Sicily which is in the other side of the world (the worst side) and even though down here surgeons are blossoming like mushrooms in every city and prices are very competitive I won't let anyone do that, but Jeffrey.

I just want to thank you for all your help and kindness. Please extend my thanks to Dr. Epstein and all the nurses especially Candy. You guys were so nice and helpful and caring. Dr. Epstein definitely knows what he's doing. I still have swelling but it seems like he made all the hairs perfectly even which was my major concern. Hopefully I can come in and see you guys again when all the hairs grow back and you can see the results. Thanks again and I hope you all have a safe flight back to Miami.

I don't know if you remember me, but I had a procedure done several months ago in which Dr. Epstein did FUE transplants into my scar from a previous strip surgery. The results were good and I'm hoping to get another procedure.Thanks again I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Dr Epstein!

Just wanted to send a quick note, in case you don't remember me you did my eyebrows back in october in New York. My eyebrows are growing in very nicely. They acually didn't really fall out only a few of them did.. I am very happy and it has only been about 2.5 months... I am hoping to get to New York again soon so I will have to pop in for a visit to show you my progress! I hope your enjoying the new year thus far... Take care
