I might have put this off forever had it not been for your persistence.

Re: the procedure: I never expected to be there EIGHT HOURS. But I discovered that Dr. Epstein's close attention to detail required all that time. He and his wonderful team (Carrie in particular) were so good to me when I was beginning to cramp up and started to go stir-crazy. Would you convey my thanks to them for me, or better yet, give me an email address so I can thank Dr. E, and Carrie (what is the correct spelling of her name?)

Everything you said, Ed, proved to be accurate. That's not always the case in medical matters. But here it was.

It's been three weeks after my procedure, and I'm going through the shedding stage. I know it will get better in time.

Dr. Galitz was great with his diligence and smooth sense of humor. I'm very glad to have met him, and I appreciate him for making the trip. I'm plan on emailing him sometime soon.

Karen and the rest of the crew were amazing as the put in the massive amount of work on my hard head. They made sure I was comfortable and relatively painfree throughout the procedure. They truely made it an enjoyable process because they all carry such a great vibe. I'm not good with names, but I will always remember their faces. Very appreciative of their work.

Even the world famous Dr. Epstein dropped in on me! In all honesty, I only read a few articles on the guy, and humbly felt he was way out of my budget range. So I just dropped my research on him all together. Suddenly I found myself meeting the man himself, and he even took the time to work on my hair! After the fact, I checked out some of the videos on him and realized that he is truely a larger than life figure. It was such a honor to meet Dr. Epstein and I am forever thankful for his generosity with his time. He deserves all of the success and fame because he is simply a great person.

Last, but not least; thank you for pulling all this together in such a short amount of time man. I'm aware that you really pushed some limits on making the procedure fit my budget. I will never forget that Dan. I will definitely send people your way.

I am feeling fine. About 20% of the donor area is still a bit sore, but getting better each day. I am looking forward to seeing the growth over the next 8 -12 months.

I was nervous before the procedure, but the very nice ladies on your staff were comforting. Please tell them thank you for their kindness and taking good care of me!

On my flight home I was looking at the American Way magazine and saw Dr. Epstein listed as one of the top doctors in America. I'm sure he has seen this, but attached is a copy. I have the magazine if you want it. I'm glad I waited three years to find the right doctor.

I am looking forward to trying the laser therapy equipment you shipped last week. It has not arrived yet, but it should soon.

Hi Dr.Epstein,

I wanted to thank you for all that you have done. I am healing nicely. My scalp is feeling tight and so it is a bit difficult to look down. The antibiotics got over today.

I wanted to thank all the staff who helped me that day. Sorry I don't remember their names. But they were really wonderful.I am really moved by how they took good care of me. I will send out a card once I am better.

Dear Roxy and Dr.Epstein,

I have made my appointment to have my sutures and stitches removed by Dr.Ellis next Thursday which is 9-10 days after my procedure. Is this ok? I don't want them out too early.

Dr.Epstein far exceeded my expectations on what a surgeon can do. He is highly skilled, patient, and amazing at what he does. For over two years before I decided to do this procedure, Roxy and Dr. Epstein counseled me and answered all of my many questions and concerns. They took excellent care of me before and after my procedure and I am thrilled with the results. It makes me happy to know that there are brilliant people like Dr.Epstein in this world sharing their skills with those that need them.

Their patiece and work with me was truly outstanding and most of all successful.

I just want to give you an update on the progress of my beard. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the results. It's amazing how something like this can change my self image and the confidence it gives me. I get compliments everywhere I go not only because it's rare to see an Asian male with facial hair but more so how nicely shaped up and aligned my beard looks.
