How are you? Sorry for the delay.. Trying to catch up on emails. The procedure was so different to how I imagined it... I can't believe I was so scared for so long. Everyone was really nice and Dr. Epstein is wonderful!!! I can't wait to see the results!!! I'm really happy and excited! Thank you so much for reassuring me to go through with procedure! Happy I finally did it!

Thanks, I appreciate the follow-up. I am all healed, the hair is just starting to fall out now and things progressed exactually as I was told.

I was very impressed by your staff's professionalism and attention to making me feel comfortable.

I will send pictures once the hair regrows in the upcoming months; I am anxiously awaiting the regrowth.

Thank you for the opportunity to come observe your practice in action. Although hair is a smaller part of my practice, watching what you and your staff are doing is inspiring and a motivation to do things better- hopefully I can have my lead transplant tech visit sometime as well.

Well here I am 2 years after my original procedure totally stoked with the great work you guys have done for me. Sometimes I even forget that I was ever there. My hair has grown in awesome and looks exactly like it did 20 years ago. Since my last visit I have gotten married and couldn't be happier, thanks again...

Thank you Dr. Epstein and Dan for your timely responses. I love my new eyebrows and have received many many compliments on them already so clearly I want to hold on to every precious hair. Probably because I really had no eyebrows, women immediately recognize that I now do have eyebrows and admire the shape and position of the brows. Guys can't really put their finger on why I look better, they think I must have lost weight. It's all good.

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I started writing this letter five days after my surgery and at the time was feeling great (still am, by the way). I actually felt so great the night of the procedure that made the trek to Pennsylvania to spend time recuperating with my animals! There's been minimal pain, just normal discomfort and honestly, aside from looking like Mr. Potato Head due to swelling, everything is great!

I really just wanted to take the time just to thank you and your staff for being so wonderful from start to finish. From the moment I decided to embark on this procedure, Ed was amazing and so informative. All of your staff is amazing (you know this already). Not only were they professional, they were attentive, caring and engaging every step of the way. This is such an important quality to have in a staff especially when dealing with what could potentially be an awkward situation for a patient. It was a pleasure all the way around, so much so that I can't wait to schedule a full body lift!

Seriously though, I am so glad I went through with it and can't wait to see the results by the end of the year. Thanks again!

His eyebrows look incredible. What a difference. They took about 6 months to really show but they continue to grow even now. They are very visible and noticeable. I'll bring him by next time were in NYC for you to take pictures because there is a dramatic improvement in his appearance. He is ecstatic. Really. I just need to keep after him to keep them trimmed and slicked down a bit more. The direction of growth is perfect and the thickness is remarkable. Thanks again.
