To both of you, I just wanted to say "thank you" again for your understanding, patience and help. And also to let you know (Dr. E) that you have a very friendly, compassionate staff. I was very impressed and a special thanks to the assistant that harvested the first strip - she was awesome! Don't lose her. Good to see you on Tuesday. Thanks for another great procedure. They seem to get easier each time.

I wonder why there dont seem to be any scabs at the implant sites anymore; is it perhaps because you've gone to a smaller incision tool or something? I like the fact that you can barely tell that there any incisions/implants.

Hi Jon, thank you. I feel like I made a great choice and was well taken care of. You guys definitely exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Epstein, I would like to thank you for your obvious care regarding my situation. Given what I've been through in the last 15 years and the resulting loss of hope, I cannot overstate how nice it is to see a doctor who truly cares about what I'm dealing with and has the skill to make a noticeable difference in my appearance. I look forward to seeing the improvements and continuing with you in the future for my reparative process (possibly endo debulking, more redistribution of existing grafts, new sources of donor etc).

As discussed, in a few weeks I will be going to a local doc to get another round of kenalog injections. If it's no trouble I would ask you to provide instructions to the doctor. It appears that the one treatment did make somewhat of a difference, although it's still a bit early to tell as I still have some scabbing and possible swelling from the procedure.

Once again, thank you for all your help. If you would ever like a testimonial from me, I'd be more than happy to provide one.

Dear Michelle,

Please give my best regards to Dr. Epstein, Roxy, and everyone there. I wanted to send Dr. Epstein a photo for him to view the terrific results but, did not have one until today. The attached photos were taken 29 October 2010 at my niece's wedding. You will also see a photo that includes my beautiful wife Sue that I include because she also wants to tell everyone how happy we are with Dr. Epstein and everyone that helped both of us during our visit.

Please tell Dr. Epstein that I am very pleased and greatly appreciate everything the he and his wonderful staff accomplished for me. My hair line is exactly what I wanted. The best surprise is that I now have eyebrows and they are amazing. I would be proud and honored to recommend him to anyone that asks.
