Good morning, Dr. Esptein.

First, let me again thank you for a totally professional experience with my surgery on Wednesday. I would never have guessed that so many hours of being conscious during surgery could be as pleasant as you and your dedicated staff made it Our one-on-one consultation prior to surgery eased my concerns and showed you to be an artist as well as a caring surgeon.

I am going through the normal phases of post surgery - loopiness from the percocet, itchiness as I heal but don't dare scratch, etc.

Hopefully this email finds you happy and healthy. Thanks for the follow up. At this point the back and sides of my head have healed up nicely. Yes I was very impressed with the procedure. l I really liked that I had an opportunity afterwards to sit and talk with you both about the procedure and any concerns I may have had. It was really comforting and I thank you for that. I followed the after care instructions to the "T" and are really excited for the results to come. Dear Jeff,

I'm writing to let you know how pleased I am with my results. I couldn't be happier with my hair. For the first time in my life, I feel normal. And for the first time in my life I don't look in the mirror and see a bald or balding guy. When I meet someone for the first time, their eyes don't travel up to my hairline immediately. So I can't tell you how happy I am. Even with several previous procedures with Bosley, and results were good, the two procedures I had with you took it to the next level. Wind is no longer my worst enemy.

I know you understand how devastating the psychological effects of balding are for guys, as do your office staff, making it a comfortable experience throughout, and I am very grateful for that.

I just wanted to follow up with you with a quick email. Once again, thank you for the work done. I feel like I am finally on the path to getting my life back. I think the healing is going well, although there is more to do. I am at 6 1/2 weeks out and have been taking regular pictures to track progress.

I just wanted to take a moment and wish you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving and also thank you for the care and attention both you and your staff gave me during my recent procedure in your Miami office. YOU ROCK and your staff is amazing!

First off, I was tremendously impressed with the level of professionalism within your office and more importantly the amount of care your folks showed me throughout the procedure (entire day!). Seriously, it just blew me away. I admit being a little nervous going in. I didn't know what to expect. It became immediately apparent to me, by the way your staff calmly and reassuringly cared for me, that I had made the right decision about coming to you for this procedure. At no point did I feel any discomfort and having your staff close by with their sincere concern for my well-being while diligently working was just icing on the cake.

What can I say other than THANK YOU JEFF for making this experience an enjoyable and of course hopeful one as I go about moving on with my life.

Hello Ed,

Everything is going well, my apperience is going very well. People notice on me a Big diferrence but they don't figure out if its the hair.

I'm still using Rogaine twice a day, hair volume its ok, not too much, not too litle, 3 months ago I started usind a little of styling gel, hair looks great with gel.

3 weeks ago went to the beach and get a little sun burn, all afternoon I was wondering if I was doing wrong. Guess not.

Will send photos when I get a chance.

Hi Ed,

Thank you and it was great meeting everyone last week, the staff was awesome and really put me at ease.

I am healing pretty well, all of the crusts are off the donor area and a few remain on the transplanted area along with some of the hair. Hopefully the whiskers they took from my neck will grow in the crown area (I'll keep my fingers crossed). I've already started the Proscar and will start taking Rogaine in the next week or two.

Now I just have to be patient which is the hard part!

I'm sure I may have some questions in the future and may even have another procedure down the road depending on how everything looks. Please keep me posted if there is anything else I should know and how the Acell stuff works on others.

Hi Jeff,

My name is Trevor Lee from London, UK. and if you can remember me, you and your team have done 2 previous transplants on me before, these were on the 25th August 2006 and 9th November 2007.

Iam writing to you with the idea of having a little session of around 400-500 grafts to thicken the area in the front especially around my front right temple and a little area around the left hand side near the parting. Iam very pleased with what you did previously and it has given me a lot a confidence and put self-esteem back into my life.
