Thanks for checking in. Valntin is doing great. He is back to normal and looking forward to playing outside soon. We are keeping an eye on him and following the post surgery intructions. I'm so glad you emailed past patients! I've always meant to write to tell the Dr. how pleased I am with my procedure. Although small in relation to the scope of the Foundations work, my Eyebrow transplant has been life changing for me. I still "fuss" over them like I used to only instead of drawing, painting and tattooing, I brush, trim and mostly admire them. My hair is starting to thin now. I'll definitely consider the Foundation when deciding how best to deal with this problem. Please keep me on your mailing list !

Dr Epstein and his staff more than exceeded my expectations in so many ways. They were extremely professional and personable. That was/is extremely important to me. It was evident that Dr Epstein is a leading expert in his field by his recommendations and suggestions on how my procedure should turn out. Our initial consultation was brief yet I felt very confident in Dr Esptein's understanding of my needs and expectations. I barely had to say and word. It was as if he knew exactly what I wanted.

Words really can't describe how happy I am with the result of the procedure.I immediately took pictures when I got back to my hotel because I was so excited to show it off. Most of my friends were quite skeptical about this and tried to talk me out of it. But after seeing the pictures I sent them , they understood and was just as happy as I am with how it turned out.

Lastly, I also want to thank you for your help through this process. You were knowledgeable and extremely responsive to my calls and emails.

I will definitely keep yours and Dr Epstein's information because I know people are going to ask and inquire about how they can get the same procedure.

You are known as a world-renowned surgeon in hair transplantation. Still, you answered my email not only personally, but late at night, almost instantly. That kind of dedication and professionalism shows the kind of loyalty you have for your patients. That is impressive. I hate to bother you but I have just a couple other questions. I figured, going into this, that eighteen was too young. If you would, could you explain to me why? Is it because it is too risky, or just too early? If it is too early could you please explain why.

Hi Jon, I am doing very well.

I came to work on Monday and other than a little discomfort i am doing quite well. I would do it again in a heart beat. Yes, my expectations were exceeded. I loved the whole atmosphere in the office and felt very comfortable. I felt very cared for.

Thank you Dr. Epstein and your staff I had my procedure 11 days ago and things seem to be well. So far my experience pretty much has gone as outlined in post op instructions given to me. I have some minor pimple on scalp crust started coming off 6-8 days slight redness almost totally gone. I guess now I just wait.

Question I have is can I resume normal hair care 12 days out?

You know as much, if not more about FUE than anyone else in the field. The fact is, hair transplantation is a very specialized skill that can not be learned over night. The NeoGraft? machine doesn't do the transplant, the surgeon and his team are responsible for the outcome.

That's the point I'm trying to drive home and I think you're in a perfect position to discuss this point.

Just a brief note to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and your staff for the warm, friendly, embracing professionalism shown to me and my husband during our visit to both your Miami and New York locations for the hairline advancement procedure and most recently, the hair transplant procedure.

The chemical burns I suffered to my hairline was really a bad experience coupled with my lack of knowledge regarding hair, automatically assuming that it would grow back, I waited several years, trying a lot of different products, to no avail. I came across your web-site and compared your information to others in the New York area and was very impressed by what I learned from your web-site.
