Good Morning, Dr. Epstein:

It's been awhile since we've touched base, but I've seen a few of your posts during those rare moments when I'm on Facebook. Hope all is still well w/ you & your practice!

If you recall, you performed my hair transplant back on July 3, 2007, I believe. I don't recall the total # of grafts. Beautiful job w/ the incision; clean, even, healed quickly, with a "scar" that's only visible when my barber uses a #2 shaver. Same w/ the graft quality; no buckling, scarring, etc.

I had received a phone call a while back from someone checking in me. I never returned the call, but please let Dr. E and the staff that it is growing in nicely and I am very pleased..not longer self-conscious:)

I was completely amazed of how many people I ran into today and said literally nothing about my "trip to Miami". Only two people knew and they did make a comment about how good it looked, but I purposely watched people's eyes to see if they drifted up to the top of my head. And nothing.

I was a little nervous about coming to work today because I really think I look a lot different, but clearly people are not seeing me different at this stage. I think that's an amazing credit to the work of Dr. E and the entire team, including yourself.

A number of clinical friends have made overwhelming positive remarks over the weekend about how great a job Dr. E did and his clinical skills.

Just another quick thanks and words of appreciation to all on the team.

Hi Dr. Epstein,

Doing great, other than the few expected bruises. The chin and neck contouring of my neck look terrific, and the little hair grafts on my scalp and eyebrows look nicely spaced. Lura's very happy with her "new" look. We'll of definitely send you some pictures in a month or so.

Our thanks again to you and your staff for your great talent and care. A special "hi" to Cindy as well.

On a personal note my younger son just called this morning and announced their baby girl is about to arrive so I'm about to become a grandfather with a 45 yr. old face. Very cool.

Good Morning Jon,

I just removed my stitches yesterday and I'm feeling great. I am very pleased with everything and everyone. Everyone has treated me so nice and have been so caring throughout the whole process. I would have to say that Dr. Epstein is one of the greatest, most caring and professional doctors I have ever met. His staff is wonderful and made me feel very comfortable throughout everything.

Attached are photos of Day 6 following my procedure. Of course, we won't know for sure how my brows will turn out until after the new hairs grow in, but for now, I am pretty pleased!

I also wanted to let you know how appreciative I am for the caring, concern and undivided attention I received from your staff. Linda completed the job. Bless her! I will never forget her dedication and patience in getting the job done.

Carlos too, was a blessing. He stayed with me after hours, making sure I was okay and had everything I needed (medication, water, taxi), even walked me to the bathroom and waited to make sure I made it back to the operating room. I will never forget his kindness.

I would also like to commend Mercedes (Mercy) for attending to me during the injections. I am very pain-intolerant, but Mercy held my hand and distracted me with pleasant chatter so that I made it through the worst of it without much pain at all. God holds a special place for caretakers such as her.

Of course, I cannot end this without mentioning Roxy. Her warm smile and hug when I entered the office were enough to ease my fears about going through this procedure again. She is a real gem, as I'm sure you already know.

Although this is something I never want to have to repeat, I can honestly say that your kind and caring staff helped to lessen my anxiety and they deserve the utmost praise. Thank you all for helping me through this.

The following photos are completely un-retouched, no makeup except for some brow gel to hold the hairs in place. I pray that my brows will look as good once the news hairs grow in!

Thought you would like to see the progress of the 2,400 grafts you and your fine staff did back in October of 09. I am supper pleased so far with the way things are going, if there is more to come by the end of the 1 year period the better, but for only 5 months I couldn't be happier, as a matter of fact, I had a nice woman tell me that I had a really nice looking beard, I thank her, then told her that I had it evened out and thickened by having a facial hair transplant, she was really amazed, and even more so when I told her I could have bought a new Toyota Camry with cash...lol... but it was more than well worth the money. I keep you in touch and let you know what the 1 year period shows, I may even come back for a touch up.... please tell your staff I said hello. I give you permission if you like to use these photo's on your website (hope you will) and any place else you might want to use them.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful work and for accommodating me during my last visit. I am looking forward to the results.

I would like also to mention how great your staff is. They are all so warm and welcoming and that speaks volume.

I am healing nicely but I am not sure if I am allowed to wash my face now or wait. I got 2 different opinions about that issue.
