Hi Ed. How you doing? I have nothing but positive things to say about the PRP treatment. Within 2 weeks of the procedure, I have noticed a difference- a dramatic slowdown of loss, down from 10-20 hairs per day to 2 or 3. Even my maid mentioned that she is not seeing hair anywhere that she used to. I also feel that my hair has thickened up a bit, especially in the most noticeable areas of thinning. Thanks so much- all very encouraging.

I have every intention of following up with having my neck done and the revision on the hair replacement on my right side.

Recently I saw Dr. Linda Marraccini, my GP (in your building), for a physical and I mentioned that I was going to have some cosmetic surgery with you and she told me you are one of the most incredibly talented surgeons ever. She told me that you could probably rebuild an entire face you were so skilled and that I would never have to worry about a bad outcome with you. Just thought you might like to know what your peers say about you.

I have been meaning to call the office, but life is crazy busy around here.

You and your staff are incredible at what you do and experiencing how efficient you all are at this, makes me not worry a bit. I am looking forward to seeing what hairs grow in this spring. I will send you pictures when it starts to happen.

Thanks again for coming in to meet me. That was really sweet. I was pretty nervous that day as it was all too surreal. Your helped calm me down a bit:)

Things are going well. I am using Rogaine for women and otherwise, just waiting to see if I am going to grow some hair in the spring.... kinda anxious really!

I wanted to Thank you & your staff. You were my last chance at fixing my eyebrows and the burns scars that I have lived with for two very long years.

Hey Maureen,

I am doing good resting at the Hampton. Under all the medication and sleepy. Just got a chance to check my e-mail. The procedure went well and everyone at the office in Miami was so nice to me and made the procedure a success.

Dr. Epstein is truly a world class doctor and I am so happy that I made this decision to work with him...and all of this was only possible because our endless e-mail conversations to work out everything.

I am going back to the office tomorrow for antoher hair wash and laser. Do you all have the laser therapy there at the NY office as well? I fly Saturday morning for New Jersey. I have to write an official letter of thanks to you and Dr. Epstein...so when I feel a little better next week I will get back to you on that.

I am back in New Jersey after my procedure last week and having a speedy recovery. I wanted to Thank You very much for your help you and your staff both in Miami and New York have given me.

Firstly, Karen and your other staff members who worked with me during my procedure in Miami made me feel so comfortable and were very friendly through out my entire procedure-please thank them so much for me! Secondly, I want to especially thank Maureen from New York for her helpfulness to assist me over the past several months answering all my questions and concerns that I had. She facilitated me in every step of the way and that means a lot to a patient with lots of questions and concerns.

So I thank her very much for her eagerness to always assist. And Finally, Dr. Epstein, I want to Thank You so much for helping me out.

This was a big decision for me and I would not have trusted anyone else. It's been a week since my procedure and I am very happy with the results so far and I'm anxiously waiting for time to go by.
