Hi Roxy,
I just wanted to send over a quick "Thank You" email to you, Dr. Epstein and all of his assistance. They made me very feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. There are Doctors here in The Bay Area that do transplants but it was worth the trip to Miami to have the procedure done by people who are professional, friendly and seem to sincerely care about the work they are doing.
Best regards,
P.S. Please send out thestitch removal kit when you get a chance.
Thanks again for your service.
Hi Dr. Epstein
We have arrived back home now, and everything is well.
I'd like to say thank you to you and all your staff for everything, I am very pleased with the results so far. My face is healing up quite well with some slight redness in the area.
I have a couple of questions, am I free to wash the areas as normal now (with soap/shower gel etc)? Also the hairs haven't fallen out yet, will they definitely fall out or might they stay in? And when would you consider a good time to begin normal shaving again?
I'll get in touch if I have any more queries.
Thanks again for your service.Yours sincerely

Thanks for everything, Dr. Epstein, Roxy, and staff
It's been three weeks since my procedure. I flew into Miami from Los Angeles because Dr. Epstein is the absolute best at eyebrow transplants and restoration. You'd think that in Southern California , the mecca ofcosmetic procedures, that there'd be loads of doctors skilled in this area. Wrong! After careful consideration of every doctor in America with eyebrow transplant know-how and several email and phone conversations with Roxy, I found myself relaxing in a hotel in Miami the day before my procedure date.
If you're considering coming to Dr. Epstein's office and are not from the area, let me just tell you that the whole visit is a breeze! I'd recommend stayingat one of the hotels that Roxy recommends. Two of them are very close to the office. Not only is there a complimentary shuttle that takes you to and from the hotel and airport, but it also takes you to Dr. Epstein's office. So if transportation or traveling alone are among your worries, toss'em thought out the window! As an extra plus,Dr. Epstein's patients get a discounted rate at the recommended hotels. How can you beat that?
Everyone at Dr. Epstein's office is incredibly kind and sweet. They did everything imaginable to make me feel comfortable and calm before, during, and after my procedure. Whether it be holding my hand, making sure I was warm, getting me something to drink, shooting the breeze, or making sure I got back to my hotel okay, I felt safe and taken care of every single second. You'd be surprised how quickly a few hours passes when you're in good hands and with good company! And by the way, it didn't hurt!
Dr.Epstein is everything you could ever hope for in a doctor. Not only is he professional and great at his craft, but he's incredibly friendly, funny, and considerate as well! You tell him what you have in mind andhe works diligently to make it a reality. Dr. Epsteindoesn't merely restorehair that's now gone for whatever reason;he alsorestores one's confidence, freedom, and even aspirations. It'squite clear that he genuinelyadores what he does and loves helping people.
Before I knew it, I was back at my hotel, relaxing the night beforeI planned tofly back to California . I got a call from Dr. Epstein at my room; he was justchecking up on me. This was the first check-up of several by Dr. Epstein and Roxy. I thought that was incredibly kind. If you're worried about peopleknowing that you had a procedure, just bring a hat! With my hat on, no one at the airport or on the flight back noticed a thing.
Since my procedure, all of the scabshave fallen off and the redness has subsided. The hairs have fallen out little by little over the past three weeks, so now I'm just waiting for the new ones to grow in. I'll keep you posted on my progress!
If you're thinking about having your procedure done with Dr. Epstein,I would not hesitate to recommend him to you or anyone else. When you meet him and his staff, you'll know that you made the right decision. And after your procedure is done, you'll have no regrets. At least, that's the case with me. I can't wait for the day when I no longer feel that I have anything to hide from the world. There's too much out there to experience. There's life that needs to be lived. So if your hair problems are holding you back, just go for it. You owe it to yourself.
Thanks for everything, Dr. Epstein, Roxy, and staff.
I appreciate what you do.
Just like to express my sincere appreciation for making me feel so comfortable
Dear Roxy and Dr. Epstein,
I would just like to express my sincere appreciation for making me feel so comfortable at my consultation. I was dreading the awkwardness of it all and instead found the experience to be rather enjoyable, It was refreshing to deal with true professionals with compassion and sincerity. I have all the confidence in the world in you and your staff's abilities and look forward to seeing you all soon.
Thanks again.
Just wanted to thank you for what looks like is going to be a great result
Hi Dr. Epstein,
This is Dana, just wanted to thank you for what looks like is going to be a great result! I have a couple questions though...
First, it says you should start losing your transplanted hair at around 5-7 days when the crusts come off, but it has now been 8 days, all of the crusts.
Have come off, and I would say I still have 95% of the transplanted hairs.
At what point should I expect these to fall out, or is it possible to get lucky and not have them ever fall out? Are they currently growing right now while they're in my head, or do they have to fall out to start growing? The result really looks great right now... my scalp appears fully healed, there's no redness, no scabs or crusts, it looks completely like the rest of my hair.
I am doing well and very happy with the results even after 5 months
Hi Dr. Epstein,
I am one of your patients and had a hair procedure done in February of this year. I am doing well and very happy with the results even after 5 months!!
Thanks again! Hope all is well with you and your staff
Hey Dr. Epstein and Roxi!
Just an update for ya! I went to North Carolina for two weeks and noticed some little hairs growing in on the front part of where you did surgery. My barber said that my hair is already looking fuller. He, myself, and my parents are the only ones who know that surgery took place! Also, upon seeing the progressing results, my barber set up an appointment with his best friend and myself to meet and talk with him about your practice. I answered questions he was having regarding the surgery and your practice specifically. He and my barber anticipate that they will be setting up an appointment in the next month. I only had good things to say! J He's worried mainly about pain, and I told him that it's so minimal it's nothing to worry about. I was glad to put in a plug for you.especially considering you put in 1700 for me.
Thanks again! Hope all is well with you and your staff.
It has been one week since the sutures have been removed. Everything seems very good
Hello Dr. Epstein,
It has been one week since the sutures have been removed. Everything seems very good. The bleeding after the procedure was very minimal when compared to my past experiences. You are an excellent surgeon.
