Hair Transplant Stories and Patient Testimonials

Dear Dr. Epstein,
Life presents us with few opportunities to correct an error, least of all a glitch in our genetic code, causing us self-consciousness. It is hard to describe the wondrous difference your intervention has made in my life. When a background noise, source of constant annoyance, ends, we notice the rush of calm, the sudden serenity. Only then do we realize how disturbing was the annoyance we had accepted.
So it is for me. Now I have a beautiful, natural head of hair. I walk into a room. I see a pretty woman. I smile and take a step forward, un-self-consciously. Did I notice how I had hesitated before? What a difference you have made in my life. Thank you.
When I found you, I knew I had “arrived.” The clean sterility of your surgical area, the years of experience your medical staff has, your own world class surgical and aesthetic skills- all these set you apart from the vast numbers of others “practicing” hair transplant surgery. I know. I visited them. I have friends who used them and then marveled at my results. For this too I am grateful to you.
Dr. Epstein, did anyone ever enter your office with greater anxiety, more uncertainty about a cosmetic procedure than I? Now I appreciate each and every day, every social encounter, every glance in the mirror.
The procedure itself was a four-hour nap for me. Never any pain. Three or four days of discomfort and some swelling followed. You answered your phone on the second ring at Disney World with your family and reassured me that it was normal. Had I known it was going to be that easy on me I would have been spared a great deal of unnecessary anxiety.
If I can spare any of your patients the same unnecessary anxiety, please have them call me. I would be happy to chat with them if it would help them.
Dr. Epstein, you are truly a physician in an age where the true physician is ever more rare. Thank you for changing my life. Thank you for giving me a peace and self-assurance I can only appreciate now that I know it daily.
Very Sincerely Yours,
Stuart
