Forehead Reduction Surgery Before and After Photos

Before and after hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery.
In this case over one inch of lowering resulted in a smaller forehead. The patient is to undergo hair grafting at this point to help reduce the visibility of the right side of the incision as well as to better round out the hairline as desired.

This patient achieved a nice lowering of her hairline. Unfortunately she underwent elsewhere, after the surgery, SMP to the hairline that left an unnatural appearance. At the time of taking the after photos she underwent hair grafting to conceal the SMP.

Patient is 6 months out from hairline lowering surgery in which the forehead was shortened by close to 1 1/2 inches. While recommended, the patient declined having any grafting performed to make the scar less visible.
