Hairline lowering surgery performed as a reparative procedure on a patient who was disappointed with the results of a hair transplant done elsewhere, so she underwent hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery where the entire prior grafted area was removed and her own natural hairline was brought down and forward by almost one inch.
