Upper lip lifts

This surgery is designed to shorten the upper lip that is frequently elongated the result of aging, or sometimes genetics, providing increased upper teeth show. The approach can be modified to create greater lip volume as well. As you can see from Dr. Epstein‘s photos, he has particular expertise in this delicate procedure, where his unique incision design extends into the nostrils, thus reducing visibility of any scarring.

Facelifts

in particular Dr. Epstein's large male patient population means he has particular experience in treating men. He utilizes a modified deep dissection allowing for elevation of the muscles thus minimizing any tension on the skin closure and providing natural, long-lasting results. These surgeries are performed under general (or twilight) anesthesia in our office surgery suite.

Midfacelifts and Necklifts

Upper blepharoplasty removes the excess hanging skin and when present the excess eyelid fat, typically under oral sedation and local anesthesia. Meanwhile Dr. Epstein utilizes a transconjunctival approach that avoids any skin incision, instead the excess fat is removed through an incision inside the eyelid.
