Patient desired a nice beard and goatee, born with little facial hair. The FUE technique was utilized so he would not have to worry about any visible donor site scar. A total of 1800 grafts were placed, creating a somewhat narrow “strap” beard with full goatee and sideburns. At 7 days, he shows great healing of the donor site and where the grafts were placed.

Before and just one day after the procedure. This is a reparative case- FUE transplants to the beard. The patient had a prior hair transplant to the beard and was unhappy with the unnatural appearance as well as the donor site scar. He was treated with a reparative procedure of 1100 FUE grafts for a more natural feathered appearance as well as some grafts placed into the donor site scar.
