Andrea Antelo MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Andrea Antelo is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in facial plastic surgery, aesthetics and hair loss. Mrs. Antelo received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University in 2014 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in 2018. Prior to receiving her master’s degree, Andrea worked in the pediatric intensive care unit and at urgent care, which she credits for giving her the tools she now uses daily to establish patient rapport and build trust with her patients and their families. Andrea has been with the practice since 2018 and currently serves as the Head Nurse Practitioner and Operating Room Manager for Dr. Jeffrey Epstein and Dr. Anthony Bared. Under their guidance, Andrea has successfully provided medical therapy plans to patients worldwide. Andrea believes in treating the patient as a whole– combining science, nutrition, genetics and lifestyle to establish treatment plans to deliver care, hope and confidence to her patients. One of her roles is administering local anesthesia and performing nerve blocks during hair restoration procedures, allowing her to perfect her technique for a truly painless experience for patients. This same technique can be used during minor procedures such as biopsies, PRP and injectables. She also has a keen interest in skin care, wellness and facial rejuvenation, which is reflected in her passion for helping her patients look and feel their best. When she is not working, she is a loving wife and mother to two precious little boys.

Diane Gonzalez, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, CWON

Diane is a Florida-licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 15 years of healthcare experience. Specializing in dermatology and surgical nursing, Diane is skilled in the diagnosis and management of alopecia including hair restoration therapies and Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments. Diane is especially passionate about providing medical solutions to patients who are not candidates for hair transplantation. As a Surgical NP, Diane provides local anesthesia to patients undergoing hair transplants and monitors patients during the procedure to assure their safety and comfort. She holds board certifications in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Wound Care, complemented by expertise in patient education, biopsies, and post-operative care. Diane’s compassionate, evidence-based approach ensures personalized care for every patient.

Steffany L. Rodriguez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Steffany Rodriguez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience, specializing in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and pulmonary care. Steffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami in 2018 and has since dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Steffany has brought her extensive experience and education to Foundation Aesthetic Hair Restoration in Miami as a valued team member, Steffany specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of alopecia and provides advanced hair restoration therapies, including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments and steroid injections. She also performs biopsies and administers local anesthetics during hair transplant surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

She previously worked in aesthetics and dermatology, performing non-surgical cosmetic treatments and patient assessments. having served at the University of Miami UHealth, where she managed complex respiratory conditions and outpatient COVID-19 care.

Steffany is a dedicated advocate for patient education and optimal health practices. She is fluent in English and Spanish and holds multiple certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and Orthopaedic Certified Nurse credentials. Her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning ensures every patient receives exceptional, personalized care.

Jose Armas, SMP Expert and Hair Transplant Technician

A highly skilled hair restoration technician with over a decade of experience, he stands as one of Dr. Epstein’s top assistants, leveraging his extensive knowledge in hair transplants to refine and elevate his Scalp Micropigmentation techniques. His expertise has been honed through training under world-renowned SMP artists from Europe and New York, where he assimilated the best practices from each.
